See your Dr.: Prostatitis is typically accompanied by difficulty starting to urinating, decreased urine stream pressure and a sense of fullness between the penis and anus. See a Dr for exam. Burning in the urethra could be indicative of urethritis which can be caused by an infection or STD. If you are sexually active, see a Dr for a culture.
