Anal lesion: Please let your parents know about your concerns. We don't know what is causing that black dot, so it would be hard to recommend how to treat it. An evaluation would help to determine the cause and a treatment plan can be developed at that poing.

Agree with Dr. F: It is not feasible to know what the "black dot" is. It may not even warrant removal. See your doctor and let her/him decide about the treatment, if any is needed. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
