Yes or no depending : If knowing your status is important for work or personal life, test 3-5 days after your exposure to her. If you are distancing, continue this for 7-10 days, including from your wife. If you consider yourself a 'bubble', continue distancing from others for 7-10 days asymptomatic. If you do not need to know your status, and remain minimally symptomatic, you do not need to test.

COVID 19 testing: You could opt to just remain in quaratine & wait it out especially if you don't have symptoms. If you become symptomatic, a medical provider will make determination as to whether COVID 19 testing referral will be made.
