I was told my my online doctor yesterday to self-isolate because ive been in contact with a covid positive person but i was not given a sick note which i now need to present to the airline as i am missing a flight today. how do i get this sick note?

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately.
