My little sister put eye drops in her eyes by putting the drop into the tip of her finger and letting it drop into her eye. is this serious? i know you definitely shouldnt do that?

Hands clean?: If her hands were washed with soap and water right before drops instilled, probably did not do any damage. Hopefully did not touch finger to applicator tip, as this can contaminate bottle contents. Would not advise continued use of eye drops in this manner.
