Yes: High blood pressure can have many causes. Best to get assessed and you can check yourself over three days, check pressure about the same time daily and if consistently elevated seek evaluation at least virtually if not able to go in person. Hypertension is not something to ignore and may be treatable with diet and exercise at times so best to test yourself and get exam if elevated.
