Test/isolate: Since you traveled to a high COVID area, please obtain testing locally and self isolate. Watch for symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath. Take Tylenol for fever and if your test is negative, continue isolation for at least 7-10 days. Have a flu vaccine. COVID symptoms may be similar to influenza, but with greater intensity and prolonged recovery time.
