Have a feeling of a heavy pressure on chest for 1 1/2 days. blood pressure is 113/69 and earlier today was 120/75. no other unusual symptoms. how know if need to go to hospital?

Yes: Need evaluation at least at clinic that can do ECG and a chest X-ray and exam at a minimum and based on those assess need for further testing or treatment. Do not delay, need to protect yourself now.
