Breast irritation ? : A "prickly sensation" in skin areas of increased perspiration may indicate delayed hypersensitivity to a long standing use of detergent, like TIDE. Try a non-detergent soap like Ivory Snow on clothing/bedsheets/etc . See a dermatologist if a rash is present.
