Close Follow up.: The mass in that location usually is a hematoma. The trauma of the procedure would indicate that it is a hematoma. Needs to watch closely to see that it doesn't expand. I would not attempt to drain the mass until it is very soft. It probably is to large to be self absorbed. Follow-up with the person that did the vasectomy.
