POSSIBLY: I have to be honest that I am not really sure about CBD but I would go with the Hippocratic idea of "First do no harm" and if it helps and causes no harm then five it a try but go minimal. Also try other proven methods like a good routine of sleep, healthy diet, hydration, and exercise. Consider meditation, relaxation, and yoga

CBD: CBD does work well for anxiety, insomnia, and pain if used in tincture under tongue. Not so evident is value in GI disorders
