Took out my baby's hair end of november .she's 3 and a half months now. she's now got fine pimples on her head.should i be worried about it?

Hair removal: These bumps may indicate ingrown hairs. Keep a close eye on them and when you bathe the child massage her head with a warm, wet washcloth in a circular motion to loosen the skin covering the hair follicles. If any of the bumps becomes red, swollen or pus filled, she may have a skin infection and will need to see a Dr.

? "took out hair" ?: I assume when you say you took out her hair that you either shaved her head or pulled the hairs out one by one. Either one of these techniques could have caused irritation of the hair follicles and the subsequent pimply rash on scalp you speak of. I suggest medicated shampoo with a tar base such as Nutrifena tar shampoo. If not clearing up in 2-3 weeks, have physician check the rash.
