Took out my baby's hair end of november .she's 3 and a half months now. she's now got fine pimples on her head.should i be worried about it?

Either one of these techniques could have caused irritation of the hair follicles and the subsequent pimply rash on scalp you speak of. I suggest medicated shampoo with a tar base such as Nutrifena tar shampoo. If not clearing up in 2-3 weeks, have physician check the rash.
