Since your symptoms come from lying flat as well as head motion, it still could be viral, a form of vertigo, inner ear or brain stem pathology. . See an ENT or neuro-otologist for an exam to determine cause. In the meantime try OTC assists such as meclizine, emetrol, or coke syrup.
