Testicle position : Within the sac that contains the testicles, a cord is attached to the testicle called the spermatic cord. It contains blood vessels and nerves. The left spermatic cord is longer in most men than the right spermatic cord and therefore be left testicle will ride lower in this sac. This is a normal finding.
