Observe him: If the nausea continues or he begins vomiting, is more lethargic than usual, or acting unusual in any way, please contact his doctor for an examination. A concussion can occur from a head injury without having lost consciousness, so look for those symptoms and try to have him rest more than usual, at least for the day. If he is fine after that, he can resume activities.
