Define safe....: You are not going to die from taking Plan B onto of a Nexplanon. However, exposing your body to that much hormone is doing your body any favors. Could create unusual uterine bleeding and cause lots of other side effects that would be unpleasant. It's just a lot of hormones for your body to deal with.
