Do we need to cure thick endometrium caused by pcos differently or just controlling pcos will be enough?

Cure ?: The endometrium increases & decreases in thickness within a pattern triggered by natural estrogen. When menses occurs it breaks down & returns to baseline, only to start over. Endometrium is the natural receptive tissue for a fertilized egg that would allow/support a pregnancy.
