Allergy? Resistance?: Assuming you're talking about vaginal yeast infections, right? If treatment isn't helping, you might have a yeast resistant to the usual treatments, i.e. "azole" drugs. If itching and irritation are actually worse, you might be having allergic reactions to the treatment. See a doctor to diagnose the problem and perhaps get alternate treatment efffective against azole-resistant yeast.
