Depends: You should isolate yourself for at least 10 days and for one day after fever subsides without use of anti-fever medication. If you get breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital immediately. Keep hydrated with fruit juice, and water. Take paracetamol for fever and pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. COVID 19 recovery: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
