I don't understand what is going on with my stomach i went from having diarrhea so i started taking enzymes and started being constipated and now it seems like i have diarrhea again since i stopped taking enzymes?

Diarrhea : If the diarrhea improves with enzymes then you might be lactose intolerant and would benefit from a dairy free diet. Otherwise you should see your pcp for evaluation of diarrhea, if this condition lasts for more than 5-7 days.
