I went for a hysteroscopic endometrial ablation just over a week ago and i'm having a creamish yellowish discharge and it as a bit of a odour and now i'm spotting blood should i be concerned please help. nb i had my period two days before my surgery?

Vaginal discharge ?: Any surgical procedure can introduce infection, so consult your operating surgeon for an exam and additional treatment. If extensive hysteroscopic surgery included fibroid or polyp removal, there may be spotting post-operatively.
