How do i get a referral for ssdi, without a primary or insurance? i have been to the er twice,they don't do ssdi. i also have been to a 'free clinic' they also do not do ssdi. i have 'doctor' note not to return to work until 2/1/21 for cirrhosis?

Social services: Contact your county public health department and your local social security office and ask them to assign or refer you to a social services counsellor who will help you get a doctor and determine your eligibility for assistance. Cirrhosis is very serious so you need to find a doctor.
