Chronic clearing of throat (minor cough) with an uncomfortable pain on my chest just over the right breast. what is causing this, must i be worried?

Symptoms accompanied: Besides cough and right chest discomfort the Doctor needs to know more: Like are these chronic symptoms accompanied by other signs: - ?prior episodes, smoking, allergies, medications like certain Blood Pressure meds ... and more. In addition to basic Physical Exam, there may be need for supportive Labs, EKG and Imaging. One is encouraged to see the Doctor soonest.
