SEE A DOCTOR: Not sure where this staph infection is. I think you really will have to see a doctor for this. May need an antibiotic.

For skin only: If your infection is involving superficial skin a mupirocin based ointment may help along with avoiding friction on the area. Your GP will be best to weigh in otherwise, specifically if infection involves other systems or organs or spreading fast.
