You are right: The timing and pattern clearly suggests that alcohol is causing your pain, that may be due to pancreatic or liver inflammation, among others. Is there a specific reason you are trying to poison yourself? Would suggest seeing your doc in order to confirm your suspicion and getting help for your self harming behavior.
