I took my 3rd course of fertomid on november 6 and for the past two months my period were regular, now i have no period and they were due on december 6, i took a pregnancy test today 10 december and it's negative. what could cause period late?

Fertility ?'s: Early "home" pregnancy tests may not be accurate, or you may have ovulated later than was predicted, creating a delay in menstruation. Wait another week, and obtain a serum HCG test, which is very accurate even with low levels of pregnancy.
