In horners is ptosis always in the upper lid or can it occur in lower lid? is the pupil difference still occurring in light but just greater in the dark or does it only occur in dark?

Ptosis: In Horner's syndrome, Ptosis is quite obvious and so is pupillary dilation. Ptosis, by definition affects the upper eyelid only. I would recommend that this patient to have a chest X-ray done to look for a tumor in the upper lobe of the lung. A CT scan would be even better if affordable by the patient. Any other questions let me know.
