Ptosis: In Horner's syndrome, Ptosis is quite obvious and so is pupillary dilation. Ptosis, by definition affects the upper eyelid only. I would recommend that this patient to have a chest X-ray done to look for a tumor in the upper lobe of the lung. A CT scan would be even better if affordable by the patient.
