A member asked:

I have had a cold for 2 days (including today ) and have noticed some mild but noticeable back pain is this normal with colds or should i see a doc?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Comments: A classical "cold" may be present, (but we do have to almost always wonder about COVID-19). A fever can cause myalgia and arthralgia, thus secondary back pain. Could also be strain secondary to coughing and/ or sneezing. If persists or gets worse, would be appropriate to consult your doctor.
