Symptoms no answers: Flu symptoms include fatigue, fever, headache, cough, body pains, muscle pains and joint pains. If you have fever, it is likely flu or other virus. If you have other concerns, it is best to revisit your GP rather than casualty and to discuss your concerns for another diagnosis.
