Still infectious: Covid infection can last longer than 14 days. CDC Guidelines for returning to work after Covid Infection are as follows: minimum of 14 days since onset of symptoms and Fever free for 48 hours without fever reducers and other symptoms are improving. You will not be cleared to return to work until all 3 of these criteria are met, as you can still infect others. Your fever means you are still sick.
