COVID 19 concerns: These sx's might be due to COVID 19. In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms.
