Pain in feet: May be plantar fasciitis- roll feet on a frozen water bottle , arthritis/bone spur-check xray , ganglion cyst(exam, imaging), or even fungal infection ( consider Lamisil ointment) since you indicate there is discoloration. Vascular insufficiency is rare at your age unless and underlying autoimmune process or hematologic/ lipid/ cardiac/ vascular issues. If trauma get xray. F/u/ w/MD

Alternative : Your description of the pain is very non-descriptive. Therefore making it very difficult to give you a diagnosis or possible diagnosis. The yellow discoloration of your feet could be due to the day of your shoes. I would see a podiatrist to help you with the other issues Check the coloration of your eyes if they are turning yellow seek medical attention
