Ovulation test is positive and i'm 3 days late for my period. is this possible? i'm not pregnant, i'm lesbian?

Anything is possible: Unsure why you are checking ovulation test, but theory tells us a woman can ovulate at almost any time in the cycle. I would not worry about this and wait 7-10 days to check a pregnancy test fir confirmation. If you have had no contact with a man or sperm, this should not matter and would be just considered a false positive test until proven otherwise
