No: There would not be any significant amount that could reach the fetus. Medications you take by mouth or those injected into your body (shot/IV) would be the drugs I consider worth monitoring.

Unlikely: The amount of drug in semen and absorption of any amount through the vagina would be infinitesimal. For your peace of mind you may have your husband wear a condom during first three months of pregnancy. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
