No such test: No lab test tells if someone is taking an antibiotic. Sometimes the amount of antibiotic in the bloodstream is checked in patients being treated to determine the amount and timing of the next dose (e.g. with the antibiotic vancomycin). If you're taking an antibiotic and being tested for infection, tell your doctor; it can make a difference in testing or in understanding the test result.

No screening test: no screening test for antibiotics in general. there are tests for specific antibiotics (penicillin, ahminoglycosides) but one would need to know what antibiotics were introduced into the body.
