Maybe not needed: You're on the right track in asking whether you still need the antibiotic. Probably it was prescribed to prevent infection, not cure one. Most women don't get infected; it's just a precaution. Having gone a week with no problem, it's probably OK. But ask the doctor or clinic directly. If still needed, ask for an inexpensive one: an older, cheap drug might work as well as an expensive one.
