Why is it everytime i wash under my foreskin with soap when i pee after my shower it burns?

Genital health: Soap is very irritating to the urethra (urine passage). It is good health practice for uncircumcised men to retract the foreskin and wash with soap and water. Just be careful not to get soap inside the meatus (urethral opening).
