Milk allergy: Milk allergic patients need to avoid all forms of cow's milk including cheese, yogurt and ice cream. It's important to read labels as milk proteins such as whey and casein are in many food products. Goat's milk is not a good idea as 90% will react to it as well.

Any dairy: Read lables & avoid food that contains any of the following ingredients: milk (derivative, protein, solids), cream, cheese, butter, buttermilk, butter fat, dry milk solids, whey (delactosed, demineralized, protein concentrate), artificial butter flavor, casein, caseinates (ammonium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, or sodium), curds, lactose, lactalbumin phosphate, lactoferrin.
