DO NOT THINK SO: Prenatal vitamins help to increase folic acid levels that help with the development of the spinal cord (neural tube). I do not believe they have any impact on follicle size. The vitamins are important to "feather the nest" so to speak.

No on follicle size: Folic acid (part of Folic-Z) does not have a known impact on follicle size. It’s still helpful and necessary during a baby’s development before it’s born -- not getting enough folic acid may lead to birth defects, specifically in the development of the baby’s spine.
