Abdominal pain: Upper abdominal pain can be due to several reasons some of which can be due to gastritis, stomach ulcer, gall bladder, liver, pancreas problems. Would recommend seeing a doctor for thorough history, physical exam and may be some lab tests to evaluate further especially since you have dizziness as well which may or may not be related to the abdominal pain.

Dr eval: I don’t know your menstrual history but lower abdominal pain with dizziness would be worrisome for possible ectopic pregnancy or ovarian problem. Urinary tract infection or stone is also possible, or even appendicitis (though pain usually in right lower abdomen) You need a thorough history & physical exam & some tests to sort this out.
