Iron deficiency: Far and away the most important "insight" you need is that it is impossible to diagnose iron deficiency based only on symptoms. See below: It would be prudent to see your doctor for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. Having said that, iron deficiency is common in women who are menstruating. It would not do any harm for you to take oral iron and multivitamin supplements. Get HPV vaccine Wish you good health!
