See your doctor: You don't specify in what way your menstruation is abnormal but birth control medications such as Yaz are designed to interfere with the menstrual cycle. That you are having breast pain is concerning however and at the very least you need a pregnancy test and an examination by your doctor. You may just need a different birth control pill or a break to allow your cycle to normalize.
