Hi, i am taking cefdot 200 (half at a time, one per day) for epididymitis but few hours after tacking it i have to go for poop. will the medicine work like that ? what should i do for it to properly get digested ?

Gi symptoms: Many antibiotics can cause such symptoms; there's not much you can do except general things, like a high fiber diet and perhaps fiber supplements. Discuss with your doctor -- maybe an alternate antibiotic? (You are on somewhat unusual treatmet for epididymitis, although this depends on the exact cause. It won't treat chlamydia, the most common cause of epididimitis at your age.)
