People can "feel" or "hear" liquid in the head due to anatomical aberrations such as abnormal arterial connections, certain types of vascular malformations, or even turbulence within drainage channels within the head itself. An experienced NEUROLOGIST or NEURO-OTOLOGIST likely are most knowledgeable as to the proper examination/diagnostic techniques.
