Feel fluid in my head its come and goes, sometimes cause pressure, make me feel not myself, its just weird and it travels to my ear face, jaw and its no pain but uncomfortable, what can it be?

A few possibilities: What you describe is not UNCOMMON. People can "feel" or "hear" liquid in the head due to anatomical aberrations such as abnormal arterial connections, certain types of vascular malformations, or even turbulence within drainage channels within the head itself. An experienced NEUROLOGIST or NEURO-OTOLOGIST likely are most knowledgeable as to the proper examination/diagnostic techniques.
