I was feeling in my vagina with my finger and i felt a quarter sized hard lump. it was pretty deep in and on the top (like closer to my head than my feet if that makes sense). im 18 and have never been to an obgyn. should i see one about this?

Vaginal lump: If you were lying on your back and If your finger reached very high in the vagina, you may have felt the cervix which is quite firm. Another possibility is feeling a firm piece of stool in your rectum through the back wall of the vagina. If you still have concerns, see a gynecologist for an examination. This will give you peace of mind.
