2 years ago had colonoscopy for rectal bleeding. all normal other than anal fissures. present time till having bleeding and today was more then usual and bright red. insurance wont pay for another one since im 28 can fissures last this long?

Yes: Fissures and hemorrhoids are rather chronic and they may recur with constipation bouts. Other causes cannot be ruled out, best to further comment would be your gastroenterologist.
