Possible yeast: If you have done airing out and zinc oxide for a few days and not improving, baby may have a yeast infection on the skin. No over the counter medication is going to clear that up - you would need a prescription from a physician. Call the baby's doctor tomorrow and see if they will call some in or if they would want to see the baby first to evaluate the rash.
