I have a fasting waking glucose reading of 112 mg/dl. when checked in august it was 93 mg/dl then 108 mg/dl last week. is this an indicator of pre-diabetes?

Prediabetes: A fasting glucose over 100 qualifies as prediabetes. Other criteria are a HgbA1c of over 5.6(over 6.4 =actual diabetes) or a glucose between 140-199 2 hours after drinking a glucose load(over 199 is actual diabetes). You are prediabetic by virtue of your FBS of 108. Treat this by omitting concentrated sweets and reduce starches. Get your weight to your ideal goal and exercise regularly.
