I have smelly discharge i dont have any pain or itching what could it be i literally have nothing wrong apart from a smell?

Bacterial vaginosis?: By far the most common cause of strong vaginal odor (often "fishy") is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. Often there is gray-white discharge as well, but not always.
