Agree with Dr. A: Dry mouth may be due to GERD. You need to address the cause of GERD. If you are overweight, that may be causing GERD due to increased intrabdominal pressure and it would be imperative to lose weight. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
